is selling themselves short. With that said, there are many, who say, they just love this work and work for good companies. Perhaps! Who knows. I for one cannot abide by the low pay and abusive treatment and so I left. I found another job that is fulfilling and pays well, but I do keep my finger on the pulse of transcription/editing by doing it only for supplemental income.
I am not one who feels like I love this job, not any longer, but I do it, when I want to and somehow that makes it okay in my mind.
I have never known a job that treats its money makers they way these MTSOs do, but that is what everyone has to decide; to do it or not. I chose not, at least not as my only source of income.
