Every job has compromises, either MT or elsewhere. I work for a greedy company whose only goal is to feed the top of the food chain and we are chum! I like my job and it is only part time and I am retired, so I go to work and don't think about it. Again, if I don't like it, then move on, but I stay.
As far as complaining, that is the nature of everyone who works somewhere, not just here.
Our markets just went off strike and who knows for how long. I really could care less, because there are so many other ways to get food, but in the long run, we will all pay with higher prices.
That is the way of the world, and unfortunately we can't stop it and get off.
