Yes, they do let different vendors work on an account. I have seen them say that on the work e-mail, that they were getting some on the same account we did from a "different vendor" Also, havent you noticed that big blocks of work will disappear of the same author or the same type of work and suddenly there will be none. They manipulate the work queues frequently.
