that causes a report to get flagged and audited. The reports in Fiesa are pulled by Nuance or Deliver Health at random. The reports in your metrics under review document mode are the reports your company has pulled and/or, if I remember right they are reports you have pended. Excessive blanks will alert your company and that can put you on your company's radar. However, when Nuance/Deliver Health audits, they send the results to your company and are also available in Fiesa for your review and if you have low scores, you will get flagged and have more audits. Challenging them does nothing except puts you more on the radar. Sometimes you can challenge a score and have it reversed, but the normal response is what Nuance QA says, goes, even if it's blatantly wrong. IF you have consistent low quality scores, Nuance/Deliver Health will send an email or make a phone call to your company telling them to either put you back on full QA or get rid of you. Your company may also do that in an effort to keep Nuance/Deliver Health our of their hair.
