I did not get my W2 from them in 2016 and IRS caught up with me in 2018 regarding it. I happened to have court with my ex-husband the end of December and worked a lot that year due to computer issues and scheduling due to parenting time. I thought it was 5 jobs, but it was 6. With my head spinning, I have been behind in taxes ever since and forced me to go into bankruptcy 2 years ago. Five more years till that goes away. They were good otherwise when I worked there. Cordial managers that worked with you. I had to resign because minimum wage went up in my state and I could not increase my production on the ChartNet platform to meet the new minimum wage, so I resigned before being fired for lack of production.
