Many times, you do not find out you did something wrong until you do something wrong since acct specs are not as detailed as they should. They gripe a lot about QA - the QA editor always has to tell you how busy she is, how hard she works, you are making extra work for her, blah, blah, blah - yeah, we all work hard. Helps if they give you all you need to complete reports, but a lot of demo information can be missing. Do a lot of lookup to fill in what you can, which is not paid for. Thankfully, I do not have to use QA other than for missing demos, which are not provided to me - so nothing I can do about that. If I cannot find it within seconds, I send it to QA - not wasting my time looking up old reports when the facility could easily fill this in and save everyone a lot of time.

You get consistent dictators, accounts, which helps. Pay is always on time and accurate.
