I look here, on the job boards elsewhere that are free, at doc's offices and hospitals. I can't find anything, especially MT, that I am qualified for or in the correct state for.
So, yes, I am the one who takes a job like this because I have to. I don't like it but some people don't have options. I'm glad you do and you don't have to deal with being in my situation. For me, taking a job like this is better than no money at all.
