I don't know who wants or applies for crap jobs like this, but if you take your time and dig a little bit through the Job Seeker's archives, there are all kinds of decent transcription companies with decent jobs.
If you stop sending your applications to crap companies like this, eventually they'll either start paying better or go out of business.
Either outcome is acceptable as far as I am concerned.
