How long will you have to work to even come close to making that money up? I really do feel for your situation because I don't know it, but to spend that kind of money on a worthless job is heartbreaking.

I worked in Emdat at one time and had another computer set up so I could use the same monitor and keyboard for Fluency and never had any problems and I cringed at spending $250.00 for the extra refurbished hard drive. I wouldn't lift a finger for VDI and quit TTCI because of that. Never worked on it at Precision and never asked any questions about it either. I didn't have a lot of work, but I didn't care, hence working for someone else in Fluency.

I hope it works out for you money wise.
