wouldn't load in the que and/or took forever to receive and send. Had a lot of trouble with VDI all the time, same stuff over and over. I finally got fed up and had my computer rebuilt to their specs, to the tune of $700. Now it's a lot faster all the way around, but it hasn't increased my income any as I still have no work most of the time. What I do get does process a little faster, though. I think they require those high RAM/memory in case you work on more than one platform. I can say I don't have the problems I had with VDI/EditScript that I had before, but still have issues with the foot pedal and sometimes have to reboot like 3-4 times to get it to recognize, and Word still stops working at 11:35 a.m. every day (no clue what that's about) and sometimes EditScript will continue working without a reboot if you just refresh the screen. It did all that before I upgraded, so it's nothing new. I also work on a wifi hotspot, although they say you can't do it.
