I personally have over 20+ years of experience, so I can only speak from my personal exposure to ALL platforms (Fluency, EditScript, InScribe, etc. etc.) and the bottom line is this:

Totally depends on the dictators.

If you are editing GOOD dictators, you will produce quality reports with high line counts and high production, thus produce maximum income.

In my humble opinion, InScribe is an okay platform, but I personally prefer Fluency. Like I said, been working on all of the platforms over the years, and totally agree that InScribe is a good one. If that's all you are working on and you are well versed in just that one platform. With practice, any platform can become your favorite. My comparison is from both an editor's perspective, as well as the perspective of someone also making top $$$$ (yes, top dollar here also). No complaints here and I truly enjoy MT work. Look forward to continuing to work as an at-home MT well into retirement.

Overall, it all really depends on the dictator being edited. Period.
