That is so cool that you took the feedback as a positive experience. Most of the people I was trying to help were not appreciative. I tried to deliver information kindly. There were times it could be frustrating when they kept making the same critical error over and over. A good example would be castration catheterization, and then get mad when I changed a comma (without taking points off).
Anyway, from a former QA for that company, I'm sure the QA person appreciates you very much. If you were to have a private discussion with her, I have to assume she gets her share of abuse. I started there in 2000 and finally left in 2012.
