QA kept me sane over the 20 yrs of working first with Medquist, then M-Modal and finally AQuity. I will never forget one in particular with the initials of KS. She helped me tremendously while working the night shift on a real bear of an account. Feedback to my emails for HELP always returned with her great sense of humor, patience, and understanding of my misery. Actually, I think we were both miserable, haha! But I stayed with it thanks to her.
