Now Transcription? - Anyone know about them?

They have an ad on the job board looking for radiology MTs with "no testing required." I have googled them, but can't find anything about them and they don't seem to have a website. They also didn't disclose their pay rates. Does anyone have any experience with them or know anything about them? It seems a bit sketchy to me.
