I think they're still kicking - KS

I don't know anything about the current happenings since I haven't worked there in nearly 8 years and I don't know anyone who is still there, but a Google search shows that they took out another million dollar paycheck protecton loan just this past June, so they must still be in business. Hopefully they have used those funds to pay off everyone they owed and are now paying their current employees on time. I also see that the lawsuit against them for the mishandling of 401k funds that had been initiated by the Illinois Secretary of Labor was dropped at the end of April, so that must have been somehow settled. I don't have a Pacer account, so I can't see the exact details as to what happened with that. It just says, "There are no remaining claims against any defendant. The case is closed. Civil case terminated." I'd be curious to know how things are going as well. It definitely has been quite a while since anything has been mentioned about them.
