Windows 10 and Citrix incompatibility? - sm

I'm having my computer updated with all these requirements for VDI with DeliverHealth and they're saying my version of Windows 10, 1909, isn't compatible with Citrix and causes problems and they say it's supposed to be version 1903, period, end of subject, no explanation, just do it.  Does anyone know anything about this?  The owner of the company can't get any response from them about anything.  My computer guy says he has other clients with Citrix that use 1909 and 21H1 and have no problems.  Does anyone else with version 1909 have trouble with Citrix/Escription, and if you reverted back to 1903, did that solve the issue?
