I use the same foot pedal. Sometimes we get the files coming over as .$dss and these are encrypted files. If that is happening, you need to know the password. If they come through just as .dss or .wav, .mp3, etc., they can all be played through that player without a password. Also, DSS files may come with a second file for the voice file. Those cannot be played. Just make sure you are downloading the correct file, the voice file, and not the metafile that comes with it.
