General transcribers needed

Daily Transcription is seeking to strengthen their transcription team. We are looking for experienced, quality-focused transcribers in the area of post-production.

Right now we are starting our busy season with lots of work to be handed out. As with any transcription company the work fluctuates to the demands of our clients. So you are hired on a project-to-project basis.

Work from the comfort of your own home as an independent contractor. You should reside in the U.S. or Canada. You will be paid by check.

Our pay rate goes from $0.7 to $1.1 per audio minute. The rate depends on the audio difficulty (background noise, accent, amount of speakers, etc) After we get to know our transcribers we can trust them with the rush work, that pays more. The amount of money you make will depend on the amount of work you take.

PC/Laptop with the ability to run a transcription program and the ability to upload and download multiple files

We prefer that you reside in the US or Canada however there are a few exceptions for South Africa, Australia and the UK at this time. And if you are a Spanish Transcriptionist we are willing to go outside the U.S.
