Was told me test scores were "excellent". We had a very good conversation. It was explained to me they wanted to be able to text me 24/7, and expected me to be there, ready to work. For what they are paying, I refuse to make myself available, without pay, on an on-call basis, 24/7. I have a life, as do most on this board, and other obligations. For anyone to expect an MT to give up so much time, for no pay, is beyond ridiculous. I found a job elsewhere.
