I have another IC job that I am very happy with and will not be leaving that job, but it occasionally runs low on work, so I took a position with Saince to supplement that. Yes, it is employee status. I do love psych work. It's one of my favorites, but I don't want to be in a situation where I'm frequently running out of work, being micromanaged or harassed by QA, or anything of that nature. I will give it a fair shot for a few weeks and see how it goes.
