IME - Pay scale

Nice people. True IC, work or don't work, it's your call. The very low rate is because they are subcontracting to a parent MTSO. So you would be sub-contracting with a subcontractor. So the cake has already been sliced up by the time it gets to you. You get the crumbs left on the plate. Our compensation is already way too insufficient, so I decided a long time ago to never take that train.
