I have extensive experience in this field, even more than required by the ad. She told me she was quite impressed and wanted to hire me immediately. I was agreeable to that since the company I had been working for lost a lot of work due to Covid. This sounded like a great way to get back into the volume I wanted.
I refuse to do any extensive testing for anyone. My resume, experience, and education speaks for itself. If they cannot make a determination based on those factors, then it is not worth my time, and they are clearly not able to discern someone's value.
