Well first I would say count yourself lucky that you finally received what you were due. She is back to the same game of not paying people. I'm hearing multiple employees are behind in pay checks, and I mean behind 2, 3, 4 checks. At this point, I would be very concerned about ever receiving what is owed. All she has to do is fold and there will be no money. Actually I'd say there probably isn't money now that's why people are selectively being paid while others get further and further behind.
