They want you to bust your butt for 89 days and then probably will fire you for low QA score or low line count. These companies lie, lie, lie and I don't believe a word they say. Just find a place that hires you, no jumping through hoops and go from there.
There is some serious psychology going on here; they probably stay up nights to plan things out the way they do.
