My guess is they will go by QA and line count. If you've ever worked speech, you know the line count expectations are largely unobtainable. Plus, at 4 cents a line, you are still spending the same amount of time looking up patient info, account specs, carbon copies, yadda, yadda. That line rate is a rip-off unless you just want to make a few extra bucks.
I think this company has a large turnover, my guess is they have trouble keeping employees. Now they are offering vague incentives. I doubt anyone will make out like a bandit with this. They haven't hired full time positions in a long time.
They had an ad on here recently where they offered a big whopping 1 cent/line shift differential.
