Thank you for being so helpful. I do have a headphone volume adjustment so that helps. It just didn't make sense to go from a platform where the volume did go over 100 (Escription) to a "new improved" platform that doesn't - I thought I missed something.

Re: Looking at past reports - in Escription, you can pull priors and search by term or you can choose "all" so you can do a search through more than one at a time for a specific phrase, for example. My question was - is this possible in Inscribe? It seems like when you pull up a batch of prior reports, you have to go through one by one? In other words - click on one, open it, search for the word, not there, click on the next one, open it, search, go to the next, etc. So much more time consuming so, again, I'm thinking I missed something. Unless there is a way to search for a term - but all I see is you can only search by doctor and WT or patient
