COVID has changed dynamics of medical transcription specially when MTs started working from home. There is successive decline in Turnaround Time and quality affected. A number of MTs from India give us problems, while they were working with Bright Vision Transcription Services www.bvtsp.net
Is this reliable to work with remote MTs LTs and GTs. Can you suggest how we can improve TAT and quality.
