The hourly rate sounds good to me. Right now as an IC with the same rate I had as an MT for MM/AQ (but no spaces), I'm barely making $600 a month full time.
That issue of no work is a pain. Did you have to work certain times a day, was there a fixed schedule? I think the ad said something about you have to at least work an 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm PST or EST (which I thought was weird since any work I've ever done with them was EST) three times a week...and it was full time. I tried asking questions but they wanted me to apply and be offered the job first.
