Med-TREX, Ltd is a medical transcription company based in Illinois, providing services for 30+ years. We work directly with providers to create their visit notes using a combination of templates and transcription. Though traditional transcription may be dying, our new approach to documentation completion is rapidly growing with high demand from providers who are simple overwhelmed with creating their own notes in cumbersome EMR platforms. Not traditional scribes, not traditional transcription, but a combination of both.
We need you to join our rapidly growing team!
Our positions are Independent Contractor positions with pay per report created, with adjustments for length and difficulty of documentation. Work on your own schedule within the parameters of turnaround expectations. Payment twice monthly with director deposit or Zelle transfer.
If you are experienced with remote EMR use and transcription, are available immediately, and reside in the US only, you are welcome to apply! It is expected you will bring excellent computer skills, medical language skills, report content knowledge, and attention to detail, grammar and spelling.
You can expect:
* Pay per report that will be typically be in the $12-$18 per hour range, better than 8 cents per line of characters produced.
* Regular work as you will be designated a provider, no work sharing or pools.
