I'm sure that $500 a month would have paid most if not all of the mortgage on that house seeing how little LT paid for it when she bought it just over a decade ago. Her SIL must have known that the mortgage wasn't being paid, so she got out. This is just blatant proof of how irresponsible and careless this woman is with money. She was obviously using that rent money for other things. Her credit must be absolutely shot at this point.
