It's a game there. Work hard to get through training. If your TL doesn't want to train you on all sites in the work group as they're supposed to while in training take it to management. Some do better than others on this. Once off training it can then be a game of "who will do the worst dictators you will ever encounter in your life." Cherry picking is rampant and they don't care. So if you find yourself doing a stream of the crappy dictators and knowing they love to QA you to death and threaten your job...join the game and log off for a while for a break and hope someone else grabs the crap. Some of the TLs will break the ugly work up among everyone equally and tell the team everyone gets x number of reports but others won't do it. Benefits are decent. Some days I can start at 6 a.m. and have the lines in by 1 p.m. and other days when the worst dictators are on and everyone is avoiding I'll be on/off until the evening. I don't mind doing a FAIR share of the junk work but no one should be stuck with doing 30 reports in a row by the dictator from hades.
