Great Transcriptionist/Executive Assistant Position- Dallas, TX

Solo physician practice (telehealth, ""work from home" model) seeks full or part-time medical transcriptiionist with additional executive assistant role to help with efficiency and company growth.

From MD: "I am an energetic and hardworking person but with a fun/flexible personality and would like to work with someone with similar personality traits"

"#1 thing making me inefficient is documentation of patient encounters so this is the primary focus however additionally, the job can include helping me with other tasks similar to an excecutive assistant (billing charge entry, reconciliations, practice management)."

Work setting: In-person at spacious home office as well as large mobile office vehicle. If we find remote work from home works better, we can adjust to full remote work-from-home. (physician is COVID vaccinated, but ok to make adjustments due to COVID pandemic upon discussion)

Pay: $20-25/hr if willing to participate in full job description and based on experience. If local in Dallas, TX, willing to match/exceed competing offer for right candidate.

Will give $500 referral bonus if you refer me to someone in Dallas, TX that leads to a hire.

M-F 9-10 am to 4-5 pm (flexible hours start/stop) ,Part time or other hours are possible

Ideally local in Dallas, TX due to the potential additional personal assistant work

-Familiarity with different EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Medhost, Meditech are main ones)

Equipment/Internet Requirements: working computer (PC, not MAC) and fast internet

Testing Requirements: none but I may check your base knowledge of neurological terms during interview. If you do not have previous neurology experience, must be willing to learn quickly and have other medical specialty experience.
