A non-IC, non-editing transcription job these days. You might want to try to do a job search for scribe work. Some of them are almost just transcribing into the EMR. The pay is not great though. There is a lot of competition also because so many MTs are looking for work and some of us have 2 and 3 jobs. Your experience in pathology might help you find work with that specialty.
