If you want that kind of job, look for something else besides MT work. All positions now are IC and 4 cpl. There may a few employee positions, but they are very rare. You have experience last most all MTs today, because no one has taken up this profession in the last 10 years and made a go of it.
You will need to research this on your own and see what is out there.
