Problem in Editscript - mtgirl

Wanted to see if any of you were familiar with this problem before I contact tech support at Nuance since it takes time and is annoying.

When I go to log in to Editscript on VDI and click on the ES icon then the box pops up to put in your password, etc. put that in and then hit enter and the little log in box goes away but it never opens. So I figure I will log in again and click the ES icon and it says ES is already open. But it is not open. Where did it go?

Has anyone experienced this?
