Not only do we have to know medical terminology, if lab values ae correct and medication names and dosages, and put up with the dictators who could care less, not to mention ESLs, fast talkers, poor sound quality, put in demographics for no pay and you better get it right or else, we have to be computer wizards.
They place those ads for their companies and list all the requirements for your computer and who would know that, I certainly don't. Also you have to do it their way and you have to sign a contract stating they are not responsible if your computer blows up.
We used to be provided computers and they took care of all this nonsense. Now if your computer breaks down or you have a crash, it's on you to pay to have it repaired or replaced.
Also we are ICs, so we have to deal with our own taxes.
Sheesh, we should all go work for some corporation, we would probably know more than most.
