So the majority of the patients I 
see -- and in fact, I'd say 98% of them have something to do with their spine.  The remainder are related to concussions or interthenial injury

Doctor says: "The majority of the patients I see have something to do with their spine.  The remainder are related to concussions or interthenial injury."

  It sounds like inter-thee-nee-al OR inter-fee-nee-al 

  I cannot find this anywhere.
