reported are subtracted from the higher partial rate and you receive the difference. As long as you earn $1 in state benefit for the week, you will get the extra $600. Just make sure to keep claiming, even on the weeks you make over (you don't want your claim to end). That way, when weeks come along that you do qualify you'll get your benefits.
