There definitely is a lot to get used to with Fluency. I had terrible eyestrain from all the different font sizes in each section and I know that slowed me down at times.
Font size can be made larger, but some can't like the drop-down lists. Color schemes can be changed in the editing field, like the background color to contrast better with the letters, etc. Just play around with it, if you think that might help.
