Every bit of embezzlement but who is stopping her? She had to pay IRS a heap of money last year for not paying in employee taxes withheld - a previous poster stated that when she did contact the IRS about it (when LT was taking money from people's checks for 401, but putting it in her own pocket and not into their 401 accounts) she was told that LT has until the end of the tax year to pay all of it back and this is what lead many of us to believe the reason why we weren't getting our checks (she was in financial shambles trying to pay IRS debt)... who knows. all I know is, something is very wrong with the law, that she can get away with this for so long. This is theft, stealing peoples pay checks.
