best reference - Another

I'm not OP but have heard this also from the owner of TTS back in February. Although it's not a reference from Nuance directly (good luck trying to get that), I think it will help.



"As you know, all work for Nuance is done through their Virtual Environment (VDI). In the past TTS worked with Nuance on the Dictaphone Platform; and in recent years had consolidated to the eScription Team as we understood the Dictaphone platform was ending (years ago). Also, when the Cyber attack happened, we worked on Nuance’s platform EMDAT which was a third platform in place at the time. Since that time, Nuance been developing their EMDAT platform by taking features from Dictaphone, features from eScription, and EMDAT and extensively enhancing this product, formerly known as EMDAT, into a new platform called ES ONE (eScription One). Nuance’s priority at this time, is to consolidate all existing accounts into one platform. Over the next year or so, accounts will be moving from eScription to ESONE.

Ultimately there will be only 1 platform. This will be a slow transition, and we will communicate all we know as we know it."
