OP lists their version of what they are hearing which is a s/l for a nebulized medication beginning with the letter "G." Glycopyrrolate fits the bill, simple as that, nothing more to it. Based on information provided, that was my suggestion. It may or may not be the correct medication, but since you're curious as to how I arrived at that word, here's my train of thought explanation. Not to mention, as we all know, that hard to pronounce meds are often mispronounced, as is the case with the word glycopyrrolate, so it's a candidate for a good fit. Take care and have a good day! :)
