and we all know that a s/l that someone else is hearing can be way off to what is actually being said. I can't tell you how often I have heard a dictator butcher the hell out of a drug and pronounce it totally wrong. It's a nebulized treatment, so opting for something that would actually be a nebulized medication would make sense. That's why putting an entire sentence sometimes is more helpful than putting just the s/l for someone to try to help someone out.
