I work in-house at a multi specialty clinic, and they are sending us home temporarily due to the virus. We received instructions today on how to access remotely with a VPN number and then our screen on our home computer will pop up exactly like our work computer. Unfortunately, the foot pedal won't work and we will have to transcribe without a foot pedal. Does anyone have an suggestions on how to get a foot pedal to work or anything I can suggest to IT?
