KS sent 5 checks in early January but omitted payment of the final one due, although when they made corrections on the payroll site to 2020, they changed the dates to late January and show all 6 paid. They also have not paid for PTOs. Claims have been filed with federal and state DOL and am just waiting to hear. Was hoping all quiet because KS treating their employees better, but as LT has been known to actively discourage negative postings on social media, who knows.
