Does anyone use TSP Spantel - Bon Posted: Feb 6th, 2020 - 9:26 am
I work for a company that uses Spantel, TSP. Begining 2/4/2020 we could not download any dictations. I called their support desk and was told they were taken over by ransomware - the guy sounded frantic. Since then, I still have no access - e-mails don't go through to support and we still don't have a clue how long they might be nonworking. My boss is going to try to get in touch by phone with the owner.
Please let me know if you know anything about this.
