You do have to travel to Virginia - they pay for it - for testing in-house and limited training there if you pass. Happiness after that seems to depend on your team lead. Some are fair and split up the good/bad dictators and others don't and cherry picking is VERY rampant because of the way they do things and until you've kissed butt long enough and new hires often get stuck with the horrible dictators report after report after report with an attitude received if you ask for help to share the bad and to also get some good work mixed in. While they did get sued for not paying overtime they are still doing the same things. You must get in your line count every day and if you get a string of bad dictators and don't get the count met in 8 hours you get threatened. They have a lot of ridiculous rules that includes often completely either changing or leaving out what a dictator says. QA loves to get tripped up on what they call "unnecessary verbiage" which is when you leave in things that are dictated they claim isn't necessary (which by the way by leaving this dictated stuff out it reduces your line count). The benefits are great if you can handle the BS.
