I hope you saved that email. That is her OUTRIGHT ADMITTING that there are people she refuses to pay the money they are owed. That alone is enough to send her to jail. Somebody needs to report this to the Illinois Attorney General....like.....NOW. She needs her hide nailed to the wall immediately.
