Right now, I am stuck, but actively looking to move on from here. The people are very nice, but nice doesn't pay the bills. I would never have taken it if I had other options, but at the time, this was all that was open to me. After the first of the year, I am sure other things will shake loose.

Thank you for your input...I reread it all several times.
