More RAM - KJ

I haven't upgraded because I was told the MTSO and hospital software wasn't compatible yet, which is concerning to me. I asked our IT support and he said they're working on it. He looked at my old DELL all in one that I bought used for $150 six years ago and said I should add more RAM first. I plan on getting a used laptop.
